Release & Rebalance Class - For all levels. No prerequisites. Hydrate your tissues using pinpointed self-massage techniques to release fascial restrictions, which increases range of motion and alleviates muscle tension.
Fundamentals Class - For all levels. Establishes foundation of the basics to alleviate pain and imbalances and restore proper tensions to the 3 pillars of posture. Centered around the FP 10-Week Course, standing posture, and slow-tempo correctives.
Advanced Dynamics Class - For those with competent base of movement and are mostly pain-free. Ballistic dynamic movements and functional bodybuilding to increase strength, muscle, coordination, sport performance, and cardiovascular endurance. Centered around the FP Functional Training System, RG Bar, RG Bell, and maces.
